His Holiness the Dalai Lama laid the foundation stone for the Chowkhang Vihara, a new Buddhist wisdom and learning center in Leh, Ladakh. The event was attended by spiritual leaders, local administrators, and community members eager to witness a historic step toward strengthening Buddhist study in the region.
